Lab Update (Summer 2024)

We’ve had lots of exciting things to celebrate this past year in the Valentine Lab!

We have two new PhD graduates Dr. Lori Cobani and Dr. Imdad Haque, who both successfully defended this past June! Lori will be working in the Lafayette College Biology Department as their lab coordinator, and Imdad is studying for the Bar Exam to pursue a career in patent law!

Yong Suk (Isaac) Choi graduated with his Master’s degree in May and is now working as a Development Chemist at Quaker Houghton!

Diana Tiburcio (BS ’20) graduated and is completing a Fulbright at the Max Planck Institute in Germany and after will pursue her PhD at Stanford University!

Lastly, we welcomed two new graduate students Micaylah Bowers and Tomisin Latona at the end of 2023!
