YCC Poster Session
Last evening, our lab, along with others from the department, presented at the Younger Chemists Committee 16th Annual Student Poster Session at the University of the Sciences. There was a great turnout from our Temple community. The graduate co-first place award went to our colleague, Andrew Steele from the Wuest Group (picture in the front left of the below picture). Congrats Andrew! And our very own, Kayleigh Jones, won the Student-Elected University of Pennsylvania Prize! Great job by all presenters!

Hot off the press!
Here’s the official cover art!
The most recent edition of Metallomics features Mark and Ann’s review article and the incredible inside cover art (courtesy of the awesome Len Peralta). You can read the whole issue here! Great work Mark and Ann!
Welcome to the Group!
We are happy to introduce our newest lab member, Lauren Profitt! She is a first year here at Temple with a focus in biochemistry. Lauren graduated from Rosemont College, just west of Philadelphia, in Spring 2015.
Outside of lab, she enjoys baking (which is a huge perk for the lab!) and she used to run an awesome aquarium as part of her undergraduate research!
Welcome to the lab, Lauren!
Mini Review Accepted!
Mark and Ann’s mini review was published as an advance article yesterday! If you are interested in reading about their ideas on how to investigate the biological role of titanium, please check it out at the link here!
